I had heard that Ojos De Brujo put on a great show. After their gig last night - their second consecutive New York City date, they left me wanting to follow them up to Montreal for an encore performance tonight. The brand new Highline Ballroom (opened 30th April by Lou Reed) was the location for the show, an intimate venue with a great system in the West side’s Meat Packing District, and the perfect place for such a high energy show.
